Now...I am going to share some basic information with you... Just so we are on the same page. The Simpsons all began
like everything else... With an idea. Creator Matt Groening wanted to create a show about an averge every-day American family.
His creation first took air on the Tracy Ulman show in the late 80's. The Simpsons became a TV series in December, 1988 with
the first Simpsons episode ever aired "The Simpsons Roasting on an Open Fire".
Couch gags, catch phrases and character appearances are what makes the Simpsons such a roaring sucess. For example, how
many people do you know that have tall blue hair? And such catch phrases as "d'oh" and 'Aye Karumba' sound hillarious.
